This info makes your answers concrete, practical, and impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read the job description (JD) carefully<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I often ask: \u201cWhich requirement in the JD do you feel matches you best?\u201d<br>Candidates who read the JD answer clearly; those who haven\u2019t are immediately obvious.<br>Small tip: list the key skills in the JD and think of real examples that demonstrate you have them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prepare illustrative examples<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I really appreciate hearing concrete examples rather than general statements.<br>Instead of saying, \u201cI have good teamwork skills,\u201d say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn project X, our team missed a deadline. I suggested breaking down tasks, reallocating responsibilities, and continuously following up.
