A new work cycle starts and is almost as effective as the first one of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of those \u201cold but gold\u201d habits: giving your brain real space, instead of switching from one screen to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Thien_5_phut_truoc_khi_vao_chu_ki_lam_viec\"><\/span>Meditating for 5 minutes before starting a work session<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I used to think meditation was something very \u201cspiritual\u201d and difficult, but in reality, it only takes 5 minutes of sitting still, closing your eyes, and breathing calmly. With meditation, the mind cools down and resets.
